Refund Policy

You may cancel your FedReadyOS subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will retain full access to all paid features until then.

FedReadyOS does not issue refunds for partial billing periods. If you cancel mid-cycle, your access continues through the remainder of the period you have already paid for.

If you believe you were charged in error, contact billing@fedreadyos.ai within 48 hours of the charge for a full review. Eligible accidental charges will be refunded in full within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
